Your best bet would be to place a WTB (want to buy) ad on the various shooting boards.

What you want is a magnum action, presuming you don't need it with a factory bbl in the caliber you mention.

.. It depends on whatchya call "cheap".. My best luck has been at gunshows... Remchesters are usually around $275-300.. Sako's run arouns $450ish.. Savages around $275 or so.. These are all stock blue actions.. FWIW.. d:^) JiNC
