where do I get a torque wrench

Where do I get the torque wrench to adjust the lbs on my stock to my barrel.

You can the Wheeler torque wrench kit from Midway, or Brownells. Comes with several bits and can be used for scope bases and rings as well. Adjustable weight range.

You can buy tips that will work at almost any hardware store if your exact one isn't included.
