My guess is your emails are being flagged as SPAM by whatever AI algorithm is in use. I would try calling them or email from an alternate email address.

Ordered from Arken. Emailed at [email protected] Several times.
No I don't think I have ever ordered from Arken before. My shooting bud has 2 so that's why I thought I'd try one.
FWIW I finally received an email saying it has been shipped and a tracking number. If someone here built a fire under them thanks. I am not used to being ignored by places I am spending money. Also, I see the same scope on Amazon for the same shipped price.
Calling gets you nowhere. You get a message telling you to email them @ their addy.
They're ALWAYS like that....most frustrating company to deal with....
This would cause me to cease using their products. I'm sorry but I've heard enough about their company on this thread. Hopefully this isn't a pre-cursor of how they would handle your situation should you ever need warranty help.
Yeah about where I am at. I did get a shipping notice but the PO is still waiting for the item. You know the ol "Shipping Label has been created".
I have bought a few of their scopes and have learned that the best thing to do is order it and go on about your day. It may take a few weeks to a month or more but it will ship.
I had to send one of the first ones I ordered from them back and they were easy to deal with for me but I didn't stress over it either. For the money they are alright scopes. For what its worth I've had to send Vortex and Leupold optics back and I thought Arken was as easy to deal with as Vortex and better than Leupold.

Friend got one, took 3.5 weeks, they're running behind plus they were at shot show. Give em a chance, they'll fill your order.
Once again. It is showing shipped finally. For those who are saying patience, it's my money and I expect service. I order a ton of stuff online. IMO Arken needs to git their **** together. Shot Show? Someone needs to be dealing with orders and emails back at the office. Thanks for all the replies.
Did you order MIL or MOA version reticle? Maybe just cancel it and order from CameralandNY with next day shipping available. I've ordered from Arken before when in stock and they usually take 10 days or so to ship. I've never been in a hurry to get the scope though so it didn't bother me. MIL version shows 6-8 week lead time for shipping.
MOA. I was going to cancel but could not make contact to do so. Next step was to file a CC card claim. But it has shipped so there's that.
