What rings are these

Yeah I wish I had a top view, I can vaguely see something maybe a logo or sometime on top but don't recognize it.

They look strong and streamlined especially if their steel , might be expensive rings .

Tier ones also looks very similar, initially though that's what those I listed were.

Tier one is who makes the rings for Zeiss. Contessa Italy also makes top tier stuff, especially for Sako and tikka, that's more affordable.
