What rear rest is everyone using for load development and in the field? Thoughts on Protektor, Hunters Wedge, etc?

Please send pics of wife with neoprene lens bag stuffed down her panty hose leg. No NSFW please. You are blessed with a truly loving wife; mine would never agree to that set-up. And how does she handle cold weather hunts wearing panty hose? So many questions about how this works in the field.
Based on my experience it's advisable to first remove the wife's leg from the pantyhose.

M1/M14 cotton sling on the front and my shoulder on the rear after you learn how ypou won't need training wheels on the front of your rifle

Howdy, in my reloading room I am fortunate to be able to shoot out of my window year around. I use Caldwell Tack Driver front bag and pending on the rifle I use the Caldwell rear rabbit ears or Thunderbird wedge bag I got from LRO site. Out in the field hunting what ever I can find, tree, rocks a mound of dirt. Something to help steady my rifles. 😉
I'd be living in a carboard box in the gutter if I had a loading room where I could shoot out my window! 😆

Two AG Pint size gamechangers here. One for front rest, one for rear rest. I like that I can grab the rear bag in the center, like an hourglass and dial in my elevation changes with a mere thought.

I was using the fabric Caldwell rear bag, untill i got a Protektor for range and match use.

For the field, i don't take a rear bag with me.
Whoops, the OP asked field, didn't he? In that case, no bags. Although I did just order this to try. I had the idea, but didn't know if it was made yet, Yup, Area 419 and Armageddon Gear did! Put a super light fill in it and there is my front rest always with me.

For front rest when i'm hunting, i use my backpack.
Even though i'm in PA., where you usually don't hear of a lot of long distance shots, i like to hunt the gaslines.
40 yards wide, but miles long!

I do carry a light weight stool on my pack. And have used it, with my pack on top, and sit on the ground, to make an impromptu shooting bench.
