What powder?

Anyone know what powder this might be? I got it out of Hornadys new sub x 45-70 loads.

No but those two kernels in the calibration weight hole look to be IMR 4064😉
Seriously though that is not a powder that I have seen available but I admit I have not seen all powder flavors.
 
Pretty good Venatic! The kernels you suspect are imr 4064 are indeed that or varget. I'm leaning towards Alliant 2400, but I'm not 100%?
 
For about the millionth time probably on this site. Ammo factories do not usually use canister powders that we have access to for loading their ammo. They have a specific parameter for their intended usage and that formula is provided by the powder manufacture. It may be close to what we can get in canister but it may not be. Just because a certain powder looks like another does not mean that they burn the same.
