What is needed to make a '06 Savage into a 300 Win.?

Is a Savage 110 30.06 convertable to a 300 Win. Mag.? Just a new bolt face or more than that? And yes I am getting a new barrel for it also. If not what caliber would be? Or do I just need to find a 300 Win. and spin on a barrel of my liking?
