Where could I get a die set? This is just for humor. Saw a barrel on Gunbroker, but lug looked like it was welded by the new guy!

I would guess 222 mag necked up to 25 cal. With sharper shoulder angle. Much like the 7TCU.

Nope, but the make a 270 Ingram….which is likely close.

I believe the Ingram cartridges were based on the 223 case similar to TCUs only with a 45 degree shoulder.

If memory serves me right the Ingram was 6 X 47 which would make it 222 magnum. If based on 223 would be 6 X 45 mm.

I've got CRS but I was looking real hard at a Ingram. Went short and fat(like me) then had to decide 6BR or 6PPC. BR won out.

The original ingram was 222 rem mag. When I get home I should be able to dig up the info. It will be a couple days. I'm 2000miles from home right now and have to get my retna attached on the way home.
