Weaver Binoculars...

Hello,

I see a lot of posts about Zeiss and other brands but don't see any on the Weaver Grand Slam binoculars series, yet at riflescopes.com they run about $400.00
Any of you have any experience with them? I have the Grand Slam rifles series and am very happy with them.
Will the Nikon ATB be more for the buck than it's Grand Slam counter part? ATB is also $100.00 cheaper.
Any clarifications will be much appreciated.

The Weaver Grand Slam binoculars are outstanding binoculars and they really do not get the recognition that they deserve. Are they worth the extra $130 for them over the Nikon Monarch ATB's? That is a tough question, but in my opinion, the Nikon Monarch ATB's are really tough to beat for the money. With the Nikon 8x42's at $249.00 vs the Grand Slams at $379.00, I probably would save the extra money and go with the Monarchs. But that is me.
