Weatherby Vanguard in Howa Stock?

does the vanguard fit in the howa 1500 stock?

Looking at 6.5x300 weatherby vanguard and wondering if I can get a long action howa chassis?

Some of the older stocks won't fit. Most Vanguard and Howa actions are compatible, but I've found some differences in actions depending on year of manufact.

The trigger area is the one place you might run into an issue. It's the only place that they actually differ.
Other than that, it should fit with no problems.
