I got just what the heading says, it comes just as pictured 20 MOA base rings and BIPOID ( not a Harris ) this is a nice rig with a few barely noticeable marks from a little use. This gun has less then 80 rounds through it and shoots very well. Just wanting to thin the herd a little is the reason for selling. $750 and a little help with shipping $25 shipped to your FFL.
