Weatherby 6.5-300 New Round?

I received my RMEF Bugle with Weatherby's new round the 6.5-300 stated that it is the fastest 6.5 on the market! The 6.5-300 was built by his father and never put on the market. 6.5's were not a bigger seller in the 50's and 60's .

There're threaded. My Weatherby is on it forth barrel. Wearing out a barrel is part of a shooter's life.
