Anyone using WC872 powder in anything other than the AM rifles.
Like 300 Ultra mag, 7mm Rem Mag, 7WSM,300WSM,270WSM or any other calibers with good results, I am having a hard time finding load data for 8700 since they discontinued it.

Have tryed to use up an 8# keg of WC872 and a # of H870 since I sold the BMGs off. Calibars tryed where 308Baer,300Winmag, 7mag and 6.5WSM.
Just cant get enough preasure to burn it clean enough, Can get the velocity out of the long barrels but accuracy just has not been there. Man this stuff is dirty....Kinda like running AA2200 less than wide open!
Have not had an Altra mag to try it on......Might be able to get it to work with heavy bullets??

I've worked up loads in the 7mm STW and 160's, got great velocities, if it runs dirty your not hitting close to max pressures.
