If you shoot early in the morning ( Beat the switch back winds)and/or tolerate some rough desert roads. There's tons of cool places to shoot from up close and personal to hundreds of yards. #1 be sure of where your shooting cause we can never be to safe with our shooting practices........ I'm from Ca unless there was access to private land, places to shoot like here in NV was hours away by even a rocket ship. I bet its like that in most blue states.
