Legend might not be the right word but hall of fame he would definitely qualify. I bought a special set of ground rods from him (.0005 increments)…wasn't cheap but he did awesome job.

As an addition, I've had Alan make a couple of sets of custom dies for me even when I didn't want to afford them...
