VXIII 6.5-20X40 AO (Not a VX3)

VXIII 6.5-20x40mm AO with a 1"tube

This scope was manufactured in 2001 and is NOT the newer VX3



How many MOA in elevation could one get out of this scope?


Also, does anyone know if the reticle can be changed out to a TMR? Right now it has a fine duplex
