Like new- used on the pictured rifle only to fireform brass at the range for exactly 120 pieces of brass forming. Never been in the field, only in the safe and at the range. Comes with box, etc. and the CDS certificate has not been used. Also comes with Vortex precision 30mm LOW rings pictured. DOES NOT COME WITH RIFLE.
