Vortex Viper PST Gen 2 VS Sig Sauer Whiskey5 Rifle Scope 5-25x52mm

Anyone had a chance to compare these two scopes? I just orderd the Gen 2 in 5-25 sfp waiting for it to arrive.

I have no experiene with the Sig but the PST Gen 2 is awesome. A bit on the heavy side, but all scopes with those options and high magnification are. One thing to note is you can actually upgrade to FFP on the Vortex and still be cheaper than the Sig.

I opted for the Sig myself. Preferred the locking elevation turret and capped windage. Level plex is a pretty slick feature as well.

I've also had to use the VIP warranty more times than I have cared too, so the Sig was a pretty easy choice for me.

I was told the sig didnt have a zero stop?

Whoever told you that was mistaken. Maybe first gen did not have a zero stop???? But the current whiskeys have a locking turret and zero stop.
