Vortex Viper hs available anywhere?

So i ordered a Vortex Viper hs 4-16x44 non LR. I know the LR was supposed to be later release. However, i ordered the non LR and they're saying i'm gonna have to wait till Sept. 1st until it is supposed to be back in stock. I ordered from Tacticalstore.com....do you know anyone that has them in stock? i'd even consider upgrading to the 50mm lense or LR if someone had them in stock. I know it's a hot commodity. but just figured i'd ask....

well just as info, if anyone wants the Non-LR version of the HS...adorama.com has them in stock now. was told they just got a shipment in so should have a few. Mine shipped today. Just my .02....they also carry a TON of quality scopes. found them through amazon.com...
