These are all new but were mounted on my rifle.There are zero shots taken with the scope.There are absolutely no rings marks or any other imperfections.It is a Vortex Viper HS 4-16x44 V-Plex Reticle.It has a 30mm Main Tube and a 4 inch Sunshade.Rings are TPS TSR Picatinny Low Height Aluminum Rings.The sale also includes a Vortex 30mm Bubble Level.I have $602.98 + shipping invested into this set-up:
