You didn't per chance, pull the eyepiece and put it in the freezer did you?
Seems as though there is an issue with the eyepiece locking up at below freezing temps.
I tested 2 Razors, one a couple years old and a new one and the new one locked, the old one didn't.

Unless I have the temp below freezing in my house NO. It is brand new in Box.

I'm reasonably sure you have a freezer compartment is your refrigerator. I suggest you pull the eyepiece and put it in there for 30 minutes or so and find out....
I know you can do that. The new one I tested was NIB, I borrowed if from a friend who happens to own a gunshop.
The older model belongs to a fellow hunter. No issue with that one.
NIB but inoperable at below freezing temps is no good, least in my view.

Or Hollywood1009, you could close this thread and start a new sale thread for your brand new in box scope. Then, you could try to sell it without the absolutely unnecessary stuff contained herein that is possibly driving some prospective buyers from your honest sale attempt.
