good set of 15x56s..lifetime warranty, I'd say in very good shape. One small scratch on the outside lens...looked thru them and they are optically perfect. Comes with strap, and binoc pod stud original box and case-and I'm sure you could send it back and get it repaired if it bothers you. My nephew guided with these for 2 years..and used them off a bi-pod
