vld\'s on a 220 swift ackley.

Has anybody used the 75 grain VLD's in a ackley improved 220 swift? I have been shooting the sierra 69's and 80's but there is a lot of favorable talk about the VLD's here. so I am thinking about trying them out. I have always had no problem at all getting a sierra to shoot awesome but the VLD's are the same price as the sierra 80's so why not! So any information you might have please let me know.

I assume you have a 1 in 8 twist or similar ?

The VLD's won't shoot thru a 1 in 14 twist.

I know you'd be very happy with them... less wind drift, flatter shooting, and same price....

they really shine out past 300 compared to most Swift loads in the 55 grain range.

I doubt it if you'll regret it....
