Unit 140 Colorado

I have given up on drawing a tag in New Mexico where I have hunted for 30 years. However, I got an OTC Deer Tag for Unit 140 In Colorado that borders New Mexico and have hunted near Raton and had good luck there. Does anyone have information on hunting in James M Johns SWA or Fisher Peak State Park.
