Twist 13.5

I have a 30-06 w/26 inch Heavy barrel in 13.5 twist, what is the correct Bullet weight

I think the 150-155gr bullets are the best for that twist, 168 might work also.

Up to the 168 SMK and probably the 168 AMAX. Will probably not have much success with anything longer.

No pupose, it is an extra Parker & hale target barrel, I had so I wanted to try a different Cal.
Currently it is 308, I need to open it up to a 30-06 ACK. Improved or a 300 WM, not sure how the Higher velocity will handle the twist. P&H Target Barrels were designed for 144 Grain.
