A few weeks back I read an article on using tungsten for adding weight to a stock. I have purchased a stock that is going to need some help in balancing a 30" Varmint tube. In the post, mention was made of an alternative heavy weight metal in place of the high cost tungsten. Looking for the name of that material or any suggestions for adding weight to the butt of the rifle. HELP. Honestly, I don't remember where I saw the post/article. Thanks.
