Another adventure with the Rock River 6.8. Had another large herd of hogs (22) in the SE field. Thought this was going to be a slam dunk. Got in too big of a hurry and forgot to check the batteries on the gun thermal. Got setup on the pigs and the scope no power. I was within 60 yards of total kaos. Snuck out , got back to the house and changed batteries, snuck back and three boar were left in the field. Picked the biggest one and cut loose. He went down and the other two were heading out. Hit both but they made it in the neighbors. Yotes will be happy happy.
