It's scary what is being written here. I sure hope we can all hump 20 miles a day with 70 lbs on our back, run on no sleep, have no health issues and no family depending on us. It seems that is the only way this will be resolved. Okay, so some of us on this board can do those things, but take a good hard look around. Most of the people around me are fat and lazy, and dont shoot real good, so it should be over pretty quick around here. That's good though cause I got a tree business to get back to. To keep this rant 2nd ammendment related, here's a shocking truth. Where I grew up in MS, it was harder to get a concealed carry permit 40 years ago than it is today. Sorry if I'm not losing sleep over the state of the world and what comes out of the mouths of a bunch of lying politicians and media mouths. I agree, a reset is coming. Because the fed kept lowering rates under Trump (reason not important at all), and everyone decided to buy a house. There were people out there buying just as a short term investment, and othrrs as income producing property. Since no one was really building, prices started climbing and eventually went through the roof and now you're experiencing the lag effect from people who actually need homes. Yes, it will probably reset. And yes, it started under Trump with the disastrous rate lowering scheme (again, reason not important at all). I had rental property (and recently sold all) and saw this coming back in 2019 when rates fell off the cliff. Honestly, I was **** near giddy seeing that happen cause I knew what was fixing to happen to my property values. Maybe it's news to some of you though that rates were at a historical low 4-5 years ago, and that usually causes people to buy lots of stuff and drive up prices.
