Trouble posting pictures to classified

I'm trying to post some pictures in the classifieds and it's not allowing me. Says something about administrator but it's kind of blocked out can't read the rest of the note. I've been a member for 10 years i don't have many posts but I think I have enough to post in classifieds. Any help would be appreciate.

There is a problem with the site…. Every time I click on something it gives me a error message…
