I have an older style Remington 700 trigger where the bolt is locked when the safety is engaged. It has been cleaned and tuned with the pull weight set to 2.5 pounds. in my experience these are as good as most aftermarket triggers. Asking $130 TYD prefer PPFF or no fee Venmo.
The trigger can be used on newer Remingtons, but one must have a groove milled into the bolt under the handle. See second pic. I'm told that this can be done without removing the bolt handle.
