SOLD/EXPIRED TPS 30mm TSR low rings-new

I've got a set of brand new TPS 30mm TSR low rings for sale. I got them last week and the height isn't quite what I need. They have been set on a rail, but not tightened. The screws are still sealed in their package. I'd return them but don't want to have to pay shipping just to only get store credit.

I paid $78 plus shipping. I'll sell them for $70 shipped.
