torque specs for Burris bases and rings

Does anyone know the torque specs for Burris XTB base screws and Signature Zee ring cross bolts and ring screws?

I torque all my bases to 30 inch lbs. no matter what brand. Aluminum rings to 15 inch lbs. and steel at 20 inch lbs. However, I've never used the rings you are referring too.
