torque on internal lugs

hey all
wondering how much force you can put on the remi Internal lugs before you damage them.
I dont have a external action wrench, just an internal one and was wondering how much torque i can put on the lugs before they crack/shear. ect

If you are breaking a factory barrel loose it has red Loctite on the threads. You could take a hot air gun and warm it up some that might help. I saw tha local gunsmith put a big crescent wrench on the recoil lug and the internal wrench in the action and use both of them together to break my 308 barrel free. Give that a try, it should work for you.
