trigger tuned by mesa precision at 3 lbs

mountain tactical performance bolt shroud

mountain tactical elite stainless recoil lug

talley lightweight scope rings (missing one screw)

limb saver stock pad

around 250 rounds through it

scope can be purchased for extra cost. It is a vortex razor HD LH 1.5-8x32 in mint condition with g4 reticle

not sure on twist. It is whatever tikka did from the factory. I believe the muzzle thread is .950, at least that is what the mesa precision site says.

it didn't. it was $675 PLUS ship to $700 SHIPPED. This lowers the price a bit as I will cover any extra shipping. I kept getting questions about shipping costs, and prices were all over... so this is an effort to make it clearer/easier.
