In factory ammo, mine shoots the 58 gr VX good. For a deer bullet you can not beat the Fusion 95 gr. Try the 95 gr Ballistic with 4350. One hole groups for me. Be careful, I have noticed that my gun does not handle the higher loads in the manuals without showing signs of high pressure.

How many shots can you guys fire before the barrel heats up and affects accuracy? 3-4?

I had a T3 Lite in 300WSM. Awesome rifle, but didn't suit my needs so I sold it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another T3 though. I think they have the best features of any rifle in their price range by far.
