The M+ are like new. I think they might have been in a rifle, but I don't think they were used. The MT LA is also in great shape, but has the usual marks from going into the action. $140 shipped for all 4

What is the COAL on the M+ mags? I'm interested
Can you measure the ID of the mag with those calipers?
Would these feed wsm size cases? I cannot remember if the feed lips are the same on all tikka mags
