This is non self timing? Need turned to align?

Yes, it needs to be timed to the barrel by a gunsmith. Unless for some miracle it lines up perfectly which can happen. They can also be turned down to match the barrel diameter to a certain point. I think the TI PRO 1 can be turned down to .700. However this one is garnet blasted and turning it down might mess with the finish.
