Are you still trying the 127 lrx? If so you are waisting your time and money seating them like you would a Berger bullet. Go to .080 of the lands and deeper in .020 increments. I bet they will be the most accurate about .10-.120 deep.
You may be correct but copper wash near the muzzle is fairly common and doesn't necessarily degrade accuracy. Some fouling actually improves shot-to-**** consistency.Problem Found!!
SEE what happens when you go to the dark side( creedmore)This was with Barnes 127 lrx in a creedmoor with H4350. These were shot with a .050 jump. Maybe play with seating depth at 41.0? Peterson's brass has less capacity than most so I was compressed at 42 grains.

0 copper with Bergersif your barrel is collecting copper like that with a mono , im sure its also doing it with a jacket to some extent ,
