This A2 sucks!

I just got a Model1sales A2 buttstock for my 6.8SPC(if the upper ever ships...) This thing is a real P O S! The fit and finish sucks, buttplate & trapdoor need to be pried apart to open. To simlify- it's going away ASAP. I'm gonna keep the buffer tube and order a Magpul STS to replace this crappy A2, but I don't know what diameter tube this thing is, and I can't find my calipers to measure. I thought some one around here might happen to have a Model1sales A2 and know the tube specs (or could measure theirs for me). Their website doesn't say, and I got no answer when I called em.

Rifle buffer tubes are only 1 size. They're not like carbines with mil and comm dimensions.

I'm not familiar with the STS. Did you mean STR? That'll take a carbine buffer setup.
