I have had a couple of them, a 2-7x32 that has spent time on three of my rifles, and a 4.5-14x44 APV that sits on my .22lr.

The 2-7x32 was a pretty decent little scope, and held zero on all three rifles it sat on (.30-06, .308 and .22lr), but it didn't have enough eye relief unfortunately for centerfire rifles. I think it would be a good choice on top of a flat top AR-15, or something else without much recoil.

I like the APV on my .22lr, but I wish they made it with turrets.

Thanks very much, so it seems they are about as good as any mid range scope maker... I too think they might be just perfect atop an ar15... as long as they
hold zero and dont fall apart... sounds like you put them thru the mill going on
3 seperate guns...and still worked ok...

I Think ill give the target model 8x32x44 fine plex (illuminated target dot) a try
on my new remington ar-15 in 223... for the price...their isnt anything compairable
out there in same level of quality. $185 .. not bad if the quality is there...
have seperate fund jar going for the burris tactical xtr ..lol

i have used and mounted the 8.5x25x50 on a lot of rifle with great results. i have 3 now and every one has worked great. i had one that a sill went out on it. call them on a monday mailed it to them on the same day the next week i had a new scope setting at my door no ???? asked. for the money they work great!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The rifles i have had them on include 223,22-250,270,30-06,300wsm, AR 15, 308 they have all held 0 well and I'm hard on stuff. the one i have on my AR 15 and my savage 223 get the shi!! beat out of them in the hunting truck on the ranch but they still work well.

I got one to sit on top of my 17 HMR. It is a good little scope. I can't say anything about performance on a centerfire rifle but it seems to well built and I don't have any complaints.

I'm glad to read this. I've been wanting to get a higher than 20x scope for my rifle just for the shooting range and am seriously considering a mueller eradicator or the other one they have in mil-dot. They had great reviews on midway, especially for price.

I'm using the 8.5X25 on a 6mm Norma BR I built on a Savage SA centerfeed action. Eye relief is critical with all the Muellers but I believe that's an advantage..makes me cheek the stock the same place every time.

I also have the 4.5X14 APV on a 7mm/08 sporter built on a Savage 110 stagger feed action. I glass bedded the action in a walnut stock I bought from Brownells. The APV is mounted in Weaver 4X4 rings an an EGW one piece base. With my handloads using 120 grain Nosler BT's I'm getting 5 shot groups at 100 yards of .632" and an average velocity of 2957 fps.

No guns allowed in Japan, so I have to wait until summer when I go back to the US where my guns are. I honestly still don't have a gun picked out to use it on. Looking at a target style 17 hm2 for cheap 100 yard paper punching.

Good Scope for the price I have a Mueller Eradicator on my 204, and also have one on one of my 220 swifts, they hold Zero well, Jeff300 was the one that turned me on to them.

My 4.5X15 APV is great on my 7mm/08. I had a 8.5X25 on my 6mmBR but am replacing it as the image is too cloudy/fuzzy. No amount of adjustment would help. Sold it and am waiting for a Vortex Crossfire 6X24X50 to arrive.
