hey folks, new guy here from Boise, ID. I have come across this site several times while researching other topics. I am new to hunting but not shooting. Unfortunately, after this last (my first) hunting season, I could use all the help I can get! I have a small family, with a bun in the oven. I look forward to learning from everyone here. I appreciate the opportunity to participate in this community!

hey I appreciate that! I am planning a family trip up to your area this summer. I am regretful to admit this, but I still have never seen the Northern territory of our state; I have never heard anything bad about it. I'm making it a priority this time around (Oregon coast always gets in the way...) Anyhow, the name's TJ, pleasure to meet you. Did you get your elk yet? Happy hunting!
