The Barrel life of a 7MAG.

What would you think the life expectancy of a 7MM MAG under normal condition is,
as long as I don't shoot over 3000fpc.? Thats the way the NIKON bdc retical is designed for Magnums.

For "best" accuracy figure 1200 rounds. You might get a little more.

Typically, about 1000-1500 rounds. You might look into a nitride treatment.
