I built a 6.5 Grendel AR-15 for hunting and have a Timney trigger on it. During load development, it started firing bursts. I called Timney and a very nice lady answered the phone. There was no discussion, questioning or delay, she said "I will send you a RMA, return the trigger and we will make it right". I returned the trigger thinking that rifle is out for the season, wrong. Just a few days later they sent an email stating a new trigger wad headed my way. It is now installed and working perfectly.
