Texas Justice!!!

Texas man is having a get together with some of his family and local friends. He goes into his house and finds a man molesting his 4 yr old daughter and punches him in the head till he dies.
Local sheriff says no arrest is warranted. Sheriff says thart the man showed remorse and did not intentionally kill him.

Good deal on both parts in my oppinion.

Yea that was somewhat close to where I live the way I understand it they probably aren't charging him because it was on his private property and he was defending his daughter. By the way it was a ranch owners ranch hand doing the molesting.
