I own a TT 3-15M with Gen2 reticle, use it exclusively for hunting. at 3 power the reticle is a little thin but it has never cause me an issue. I have owned a ZCO 4-20, Kahles 3-18 and SB 5-20. The issue I had with all these shorty scopes is the parallax is just not as forgiving as the TT since its a full length scope. Its not an apples to apples comparison but at he end of the day the weight difference on all these scopes are pretty close and the TT beats them all in every way. Glass, parallax, turrets and FOV. I will say the ZCO FOV seemed to be a little better but hated the Mpact 2 reticle, just way to cluttered. The absence of locking turrets has been no issues as they have never once spun in the field. I would like to try the TT LRH as I would think the reticle would be better suited for hunting application. The TT is simply the finest scope on the market. There is a reason they are priced where they are and once you own one you know where you money went. If you have the money I would certainly put it on the TT.
