I just built a 6mm Creedmoor for coyotes/deer/steel.
I originally mounted the scope in Talley lows, which work great. I picked up some Vortex PMR High rings in a swap, and have tried them as well. With the talleys I have the stock bottomed out,
With the PMR I have it up about 3/8".
I like the look of the Talleys and the low height over bore, but I like the idea of using the PMR rings and being able to move my stock up/down as needed.
many other advantages/disadvantages I should consider?
