Tactical bolt handle with socket wrench on end???

I have a Savage duel port target action which is stainless steel. Where can I get a new tactical bolt handle with a socket (on the end of handle) that fits tactical scope ring nuts that tighten the rings to a Picatinney rail?

A guy who goes by AZPrecision on SnipersHide makes custom knobs and has made a few with the socket in them.
