i was wondering if someone could help me I'm trying to sell my sworovski spotting scope ATM 80 HD. But I can seam to post in the classified section. Could someone tell me how to or who I need to speak to. I can post in all the other forums except the classified section.

You might try checking out the forum rules. Seems to me I remember they have a minimum post number before you can post in the classifieds to weed out scams. Not saying that's what you are, but it might be you don't have the minimum number of posts yet.
