Purchased 3/2013 new from SWFA. This scope does not have the SWFA bird emblem on it but the receipt will be supplied with it as proof of origin. I played with it a little on a .22 but never got around to mounting it on a center fire rifle. Absolutely no problems with it just the fixed power isn't for me. It has the flip caps, a sunshade and I will include the Leupold QRW rings all for $250.00 plus shipping, you decide the shipping. PM thru LRH
