Selling a mint condition Swaro Z8i in the 2.3-18x56mm configuration. 30mm main tube. Has the 4Wi illuminated center dot reticle in the second focal plane. Side focus from 50 yards to infinity. The scope was mounted in Talley Lightweights since new, so you'll have to look hard under bright light with your reading glasses to find the ghost ring marks. Ha. The sale includes the original serial number matching box, clear banded lens covers, cleaning cloth, window decal and all the books/manuals.
This is the best low-light scope I've ever owned, and I've owned everything but a March. At one time I owned the (alleged) king of lowlight scopes, the S&B Polar with 34mm main tube and 96% light transmission. I bought one of these Z8i's and put them head to head in several low light situations. I saw no difference in light gathering ability, BUT the image through the Z8i had much better sharpness and clarity. So I sold the Polars and started buying Z8i's.
I hate to part with this one, but an unfortunate circumstance requires I sell it. There are no disappointments with this one. It looks new in hand and performs as intended. The lenses are without blemish. $2,800 shipped. Get this one while its available. It's $1,149 under the going web price and no taxes. There are no used z8i's on Gunbroker or Guns International, and only one 42mm version on eBay. These scopes don't come up for sale very often. Write to me if you have questions or need more pics. This will be cross-posted so first public "I'll Take It" by timestamp gets the scope. Cash is king, but I would consider a partial trade + cash for a Rem 700 or Model Seven rifle. PM your offers. Thanks for looking and good shooting.
